The Mid-City location of Bistro Byronz is set to reopen on Monday, Sept. 30, under a new name and concept. The restaurant will now be known as Brasserie Byronz, signaling a fresh culinary chapter that blends French and American flavors.
A New Chapter for Bistro Byronz

The grand reopening will begin at 6 p.m. with cocktails and dinner service, followed by lunch service starting on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
French-American Cuisine and Cocktails
The restaurant promises a new menu centered around “Frenchie-American cuisine”, along with a selection of craft cocktails. The team is excited to welcome back guests to enjoy the revamped dining experience, highlighting flavors that celebrate both French and Louisiana culinary traditions.
Location and Reservations
Located at 515 Mouton Street in Baton Rouge, Brasserie Byronz encourages diners to make reservations to ensure a spot at the newly reopened restaurant.
