Gozen Restaurant Celebrates Grand Opening
A new Asian cuisine restaurant, Gozen, celebrated its grand opening in Yuma on Tuesday. The restaurant specializes in authentic Korean dishes and fresh Japanese sushi, and it also features a full bar.
Gozen initially held a soft opening in March, but it is now fully operational and ready to serve the community.
Bringing Korean Cuisine to Yuma
One of the owners, Anna Oh, expressed excitement about introducing Korean food to Yuma. She noted that the popularity of Korean cuisine has been growing in recent years.
“We wanted to bring something new to Yuma. We saw that there was no Korean cuisine here, and I think that’s something that is in high demand,” said Oh. She added, “Everybody has been so amazing. Yuma is so wonderful. The support has been fantastic.”
Location and Hours
Gozen is located on Fourth Avenue, directly across from Fry’s Food Store. The restaurant is open seven days a week, welcoming diners to experience its unique offerings.
In addition to Gozen, the family also operates a Korean barbecue restaurant in El Centro.
