Opening in April, Heavenly Desserts will occupy a spacious 2,189 sq ft unit with 68 covers. This dessert haven will offer a dedicated space for sweet indulgences, complementing the savory options available in the leisure quarter. Known for its wide selection of decadent desserts, Heavenly Desserts aims to become a favorite destination for those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth.
Burger & Sauce to Serve Up Fresh Burgers and More
Adding to the diverse food offering, Burger & Sauce, a well-loved West Midlands burger brand, will open its doors later this year. The quick-service restaurant will feature a 2,106 sq ft location with seating for 54 diners. Customers can expect freshly made burgers, wings, and loaded fries, making it the perfect stop for those seeking a satisfying and quick meal.

Alistair Winning, Asset Manager at Sovereign Centros from CBRE, which represents Merry Hill, shared his excitement about the new signings. “The addition of Heavenly Desserts and Burger & Sauce is significant as it marks the completion of the leisure quarter letting,” Winning said. “The southern mall has truly been transformed into a dynamic dining destination, offering a mix of sit-in, quick-service, sweet, and savory options. This will complement the nearby leisure offerings from Hollywood Bowl and Odeon.”
