A recent representative survey conducted as part of STADA’s Seedling Program has revealed that only 10 percent of Hungarians consume the recommended daily amount of fruits and vegetables, set at 400 grams by the World Health Organization (WHO). This data, reported by Világgazdaság, highlights a significant gap in nutritional habits among the Hungarian population.
The survey, carried out in May 2023, involved 1,168 Hungarians aged 16-59 who own a smartphone. The sample was representative of the population in terms of age, gender, education, and place of residence.
