Titled “What’s Poppin with Chef Mohib Farooqui,” the event will take place on September 20th and 21st, offering diners a fresh perspective on Levantine flavors, moving beyond traditional dishes like hummus and kebabs.
Chef Mohib Farooqui’s Culinary Expertise
In collaboration with Zomato Dining Experience, Chef Mohib Farooqui will bring his world-class skills to Neuma. An alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Chef Mohib is a culinary globetrotter with experience in kitchens across Australia, Denmark, and India. With over 12 years in the industry, he has worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs and led renowned restaurants such as Urbane and Restaurant Relae. His Michelin-starred menu at Inddee in Bangkok highlights his talent for reimagining traditional dishes.
