An alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Chef Mohib is a culinary globetrotter with experience in kitchens across Australia, Denmark, and India. With over 12 years in the industry, he has worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs and led renowned restaurants such as Urbane and Restaurant Relae. His Michelin-starred menu at Inddee in Bangkok highlights his talent for reimagining traditional dishes.
