The fundraiser will feature dishes crafted by top local female chefs, fine Italian wines, and live jazz music—all aimed at supporting food inclusion and empowering women in the culinary industry.

Purpose of the Event
All proceeds from this event will directly support Refettorio Harlem’s mission to combat food insecurity. The organization transforms surplus ingredients into nutritious meals for the community. Additionally, funds will contribute to Les Dames New York’s initiative to empower the next generation of female leaders through scholarships and mentorship opportunities in the culinary field.
