A new restaurant featuring Lebanese and Mexican cuisine is set to celebrate its grand opening on Tuesday afternoon. The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce has announced that Blue Eye Bistro will host an event at 6:30 p.m. in Rancho Viejo.

The chamber, along with its Bienvendios Committee, invites the public to attend the grand opening. Guests will have the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes and meet the team behind Blue Eye Bistro.
Located at 101 Carmen Ave. Ste. A, the bistro aims to provide a unique culinary experience that blends the rich flavors of Lebanese and Mexican traditions. The menu includes freshly made mezze and flavorful tacos.
