The Award Panel and Process
A panel of 18 judges, ranging from professional food critics to enthusiastic diners, spent months tasting their way through Metro Vancouver. Their mission? To determine which restaurants deserve recognition. With the awards ceremony set for November 5th, the finalists have already been revealed.
