Richard Charlie’s Culinary Experience
Before joining Sheraton Grand Bengaluru, Charlie served as Complex Head Chef at Le Meridien Hotel and Conference Centre in Dubai. In this role, he was responsible for designing innovative menus and enhancing the overall dining experience. His career also includes key positions at renowned hospitality brands like JW Marriott Hotel Dubai and Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, where he collaborated on menu development and event offerings.
