Chef Linus Mak has also reinvented the classic yee sang with a delightful twist. Instead of the usual plum sauce, he uses a special pineapple dressing that offers a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess.
The festive platter is filled with a mix of fresh shredded fruits and vegetables such as mango, jackfruit, and rose apple, complemented by toppings like raw salmon slices, crispy fish skin, or whole abalone.
Available for dine-in and takeaway, the yee sang is priced at RM98 nett for a half portion and RM138 nett for a full portion.
