Pueblo is embracing its vibrant food scene with the launch of its first-ever Restaurant Week. The event, hosted by Visit Pueblo and the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk, celebrates the city’s diverse and beloved eateries. It began on Monday and will continue until February 10.
How to Participate in Pueblo Restaurant Week
To encourage people to explore Pueblo’s rich dining options, a special initiative called the Pueblo Restaurant Week Bingo Card has been introduced. The bingo card is available at various participating restaurants across the city, including:

Earning Rewards with the Bingo Card
To participate, spend at least $25 at any of the listed locations to earn a stamp on your bingo card. The goal is to complete a row of six consecutive squares, either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
Once the card is filled, drop it off at the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce, located on North Santa Fe Avenue, by the end of business on February 11.
Grand Prize Opportunity
Completing the bingo card gives participants a chance to win a grand prize valued at $1,400, which includes a $500 cash prize and gift cards to all the participating restaurants. The winner will be announced on February 12.
