From January 21, a rotating selection of tasting menus has been introduced alongside the lounge’s regular a-la-carte offerings. These menus feature Mott 32’s iconic dishes, reimagined for the airport lounge setting. Signature items such as chilled tofu with roasted green chili sauce and crispy crab puff are now available for guests to enjoy in a refined environment.
The menu highlights the bold, invigorating flavors of Sichuan cuisine, including free-range chicken with Sichuan peppercorn and chili sauce. These dishes reflect a modern take on Chinese culinary traditions, showcasing the dynamic flavors of Hong Kong, the airline’s home city.
