Guests can enjoy crispy mushrooms with green beans and sesame chilled tofu, or opt for the iconic crispy crab puff. For those with a love for spice, the Sichuan-style free-range chicken with peppercorn and chilli sauce is a must-try. The numbing spice of Sichuan peppercorns pairs beautifully with the tangy chilli sauce. Additionally, the hand-wrapped Sichuan pork dumplings in fragrant chilli oil provide a perfect balance of savoury and spicy, delivering an authentic taste of Sichuan cuisine.

The main course options are equally enticing, offering a mix of traditional and contemporary Chinese flavours. The braised wagyu beef with aged tangerine peel stands out, with melt-in-the-mouth beef and a refreshing citrus kick from the tangerine peel sauce. The crispy black cod with golden garlic and chilli provides another standout dish, with its golden, crispy exterior and tender interior infused with deep-fried garlic and a hint of chilli.
Seafood lovers can savour the pan-fried prawns with pickled ginger and chilli bean paste. This dish combines tender prawns with the zesty sharpness of pickled ginger and a rich, fermented chilli bean paste, offering a harmonious blend of savoury, sweet, and spicy notes.
