African culture will be the highlight of a special event at the Milton Seniors’ Activity Centre on February 22. The Centre Canadien de la Famille invites all local residents to attend the Rythmes and Cultures gala night, an exciting celebration of African traditions and creativity.
Event Highlights
The event, which runs from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., is completely free to attend and will offer a variety of activities. Guests can enjoy music by DJ Intellect, a showcase of African cuisine, a vibrant fashion show, live comedy, dance performances, and inspiring poetry.
The evening’s theme, “Together We Rise”, is designed to honor African heritage while looking forward to the future, celebrating the past and present with unity and pride.
