QCP’s ‘Evening of Fine Foods’ Returns with Global Cuisine and Inclusive Menu Options

by Ella

The Queens Centers for Progress (QCP) is set to host its 29th annual “Evening of Fine Foods”, bringing together over 50 local food vendors to showcase the global cuisines that represent the borough of Queens. This year, the event has expanded its offerings to include inclusive menu options, ensuring all attendees, regardless of dietary needs, can enjoy the evening’s culinary delights.

Global and Inclusive Offerings

For the first time, ‘Evening of Fine Foods’ will feature dishes from two Glatt Kosher restaurants in Queens: Union Bistro and Simcha Palace. This inclusion allows guests who follow a kosher diet to experience high-quality kosher meals alongside the diverse range of cuisines available at the event. Additionally, the event has embraced plant-based options, with vendors like Plant Powered Metro New York, Tufino Pizzeria in Astoria, and Bevo’s Kitchen offering vegan delights.

I’m excited to showcase what we do best,” Gurgov said.
