These events, held in France, the USA, and Thailand, marked the 83rd birthday of Dr. Bruno Goussault, the Chief Scientist of CREA and the pioneer of sous-vide cooking in 1971. The celebration in Bangkok, held at the Love Me Tender Restaurant, was a highlight, with top culinary professionals in attendance.

Cuisine Solutions Asia is targeting a 42% increase in sales across the region in 2025. The company plans to attract new customers in Thailand and strengthen its presence in other key markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.
