Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails invites guests to experience the flavors of spring at its 11th Annual Spring & Vine Dinner on Thursday, March 20, 2025. This four-course dining event, curated by Executive Chef AJ Jones, will feature a menu inspired by the season and paired with wines from Bezel Wines, offering a unique taste of California’s Central Coast.

Bezel Wines: A New Venture with a Rich Legacy

Bezel Wines, a new venture by the Cakebread Family, brings over 50 years of winemaking expertise to California’s Central Coast. The wines selected for this event come from the hidden gems of Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, and surrounding regions. Each wine is crafted to showcase the distinct character and vibrancy of the area.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared four-course meal paired with wines from Bezel Wines. Here’s a sneak peek of the menu:

Amuse: Charred melon and prosciutto skewer with smoked salt and white balsamic, paired with Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc 2023

First Course: Compressed apple and scallop salad with frisée, parsley, tarragon, melted leeks, and lemon zest, paired with Bezel Chardonnay 2023

Second Course: French onion tartlet with flakey pastry, pickled scallion pesto, and Gruyère cheese, paired with Bezel Pinot Noir 2023

Third Course: Abatti Ranch wagyu with sweet potato hash cake, Swiss chard, black garlic, and cherry jus, paired with Bezel Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Fourth Course: Chocolate raspberry pound cake with candied orange, pistachio, and cardamom crème, paired with Mullan Road Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
