The owner also shared their appreciation for Auckland itself, stating, “The city of Auckland has been so good to us, and we’ve enjoyed every single moment of serving our community.”

Monsoon Poon’s final dinner service will take place on May 3rd. The announcement sparked an outpouring of support from long-time patrons, with many praising the restaurant for its role in transforming Auckland’s dining scene.
