After a sell-out debut in 2021, Naturellement, the celebrated food and drink festival, is making its highly anticipated return in 2025. This year’s event promises to be bigger and better, celebrating the best of the Central Coast’s culinary scene and beyond. Set to take place at Galleria Ettalong Beach over two exciting days—May 17–18—Naturellement will offer visitors a chance to indulge in a diverse range of epicurean experiences, from artisan beverages to top-notch cuisine.
A Stellar Lineup of Artisan Drinks and Gourmet Delights
Naturellement 2025 will showcase a remarkable selection of 120 artisan beverages, including natural, organic, and small-batch drinks that highlight the creativity and sustainability of local producers. With Mike Bennie, the renowned drinks expert and owner of P&V Merchants, alongside Kristy Austin, founder of the creative agency We Are Neighbourgood, leading the curation, the festival promises an exceptional lineup. Together, they have scoured the country to bring together 30 high-quality drinks producers from the Central Coast and beyond.
Notable names such as SABI-WABI, Majama Wines, Harkham, Ten Minutes by Tractor, Jilly Wine Co, and Meredith by Mem will be on hand, offering guests a chance to sample some of the finest drinks the region has to offer. Visitors will also have the unique opportunity to chat with the creators behind these products, gaining insight into their sustainable processes and innovative brewing techniques.
Celebrating Local Cuisine with Renowned Chefs
While the drinks are certainly the star of the show, the food program at Naturellement is equally exciting. Curated by Kristy Austin, the festival’s culinary lineup features celebrated chefs and sustainability advocates who will showcase their skills and knowledge through masterclasses, talks, and special collaborations.
Among the notable chefs participating are Alanna Sapwell-Stone (The Eltham Hotel) and Matt Stone (Ciao Mate, You Beauty), who will share their expertise on sustainable cooking and culinary creativity. Making a special appearance is Jake Kellie, whose experience leading Michelin-starred Burnt Ends in Singapore and Arkhe in Adelaide has earned him a reputation as a true master of the flame.
In addition to the chefs’ masterclasses, attendees can look forward to one-off dishes created in collaboration with Central Coast culinary legends, offering a truly local taste of the region’s finest ingredients.
A Celebration of Regional Producers and Sustainability
Mike Bennie explains, “This is a celebration of NSW and the ACT’s artisan, boutique, and avant-garde producers. It’s an opportunity to introduce Australians—especially those in big cities like Sydney and Melbourne—to regional centres like the Central Coast, which are home to some of the country’s most incredible food, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks.”
The festival will also feature a dedicated talks program that highlights sustainability, regenerative farming, and the future of Australia’s food scene. Inspirational conversations with local farmers, producers, and wild food cooks will delve into the importance of sustainable practices and the growing movement towards regenerative agriculture.
A Not-to-Miss Event for Food and Drink Lovers
Naturellement 2025 is set to be a culinary journey like no other. With an exceptional lineup of drinks, food, and expert-led programs, the festival offers an immersive experience for anyone passionate about artisan beverages, sustainable cuisine, and supporting local producers.
