Tokyo Disney Resort has unveiled an exciting range of Fantasy Springs-inspired food and drinks for the Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival 2025. Starting in April, guests will be able to indulge in a collection of magical, themed meals and drinks that pay tribute to beloved Disney characters and stories. From Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey to Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure, this year’s festival is set to be a culinary celebration like no other.
Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey Special Course – ¥12,000
Kicking off the festival on April 7, Magellan’s will offer a stunning multi-course meal inspired by Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey. This course brings the beloved Frozen story to life with Nordic ingredients and visually striking dishes:
Olaf’s Hors d’Oeuvre: A playful dish featuring cod brandade shaped like Olaf’s face, with a carrot nose, while his body is represented by king crab, paired with celery root salad.
North Mountain Fish Dish: Hokkaido abalone covered in yuzu foam, symbolizing Elsa’s closed-off heart at the North Mountain, the location of her ice palace.
Beef Filet en Croute: A hearty beef filet inspired by the banquets at Arendelle Castle, with berry-scented wine sauce.
Chocolate Dessert: The meal concludes with a delightful chocolate piece depicting Anna and Elsa skating hand in hand. It’s paired with fromage mousse, macedonia lemon sorbet, and mignardises.
The meal is served with beurre and walnut bread along with coffee or tea.
Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure Special Set – ¥5,800
Set sail for adventure with Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure special set at Ristorante di Canaletto, available from April 7. This Italian-inspired meal brings elements from Never Land into the food:
Scallops representing Skull Rock and green pea mousse for Mermaid Cove set the stage for the meal.
Casarecce Pasta: Representing driftwood collected by the Lost Boys, covered with saffron cream, prosciutto, and mimolette, and sprinkled with sparkling Pixie Dust.
Roasted Beef Sirloin: Made with red radish, representing Captain Hook’s hat, and garnished with corn for pirate treasure.
Cannoli Dessert: Representing Captain Hook’s final moments in the mouth of Tick Tock Croc, this dessert features two types of cannoli filled with pistachio cream and ricotta cream, complemented by lemon cherries and peaches.
Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival Special Course – ¥13,400
From April 16, head to the S.S. Columbia Dining Room for a magical dining experience inspired by Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival:
Appetizers: Representing Rapunzel’s boat journey, including chevre cheese and salmon trout, bean and vegetable jelly, gizzard and beef mousse with nuts, and vegetable soup with sausage and chicken.
Main Dish: Sautéed red sea bream and oven-roasted lobster with Pernod sauce symbolize Rapunzel leaving her tower.
Meat Course: Roast beef and Japanese black beef sirloin served with truffle-flavored red wine sauce and black rice risotto, symbolizing the Kingdom of Corona.
Chocolate Mousse Dessert: A chocolate mousse dessert inspired by Rapunzel and Flynn in their boat, accompanied by a chocolate piece shaped like them and their lantern.
In addition, enjoy a Rapunzel Purple Cream Soda (¥1,200) and a Special Lantern Cocktail (¥2,000) featuring color-changing ingredients and floating petals resembling lanterns in the sky.
Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies Meal – ¥4,300
For something whimsical and playful, head to Restaurant Sakura starting on April 7 to enjoy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies Meal, inspired by Pixie Hollow locations from the ride:
Summer Marsh: Shrimp and cheese-filled corn with nuts.
Autumn Forest: Wagyu beef with soy sauce-based mizore bean paste, garnished with mushrooms and an edible maple leaf.
Winter Forest: Crab and avocado shiraae with sesame sauce and broccoli.
Spring Valley: An unagi rice bowl resembling a flower field.
Tinker Bell Special Drink – ¥900
Available at Restaurant Sakura starting April 7, this Tinker Bell-inspired drink features green apple syrup, orange jelly, and yuzu topped with sparkling powder.
