A Taste of Korea with Chef Angel Barreto
The menu for the event was created in collaboration with Chef Angel Barreto, executive chef and partner of Anju, a contemporary Korean restaurant in Washington, D.C. Some of the featured dishes included Korean BBQ Sesame Chicken, Asian Fried Rice, and Daikon Slaw, all designed to introduce students to the rich flavors of Korean cuisine.
