A popular Chicago-based restaurant, The Hampton Social, is set to make its highly anticipated debut in downtown Dallas. Known for its “Rosé All Day” theme, the restaurant will open on March 20 at 1520 Main St., in the former Iron Cactus space.
The Hampton Social, part of the Parker Hospitality group, is already a well-established brand with locations in Illinois, Colorado, Florida, and Tennessee. Dallas will be the 13th location, and the first in Texas.
A Stunning New Space in Downtown Dallas
The new venue will occupy an expansive 17,224 square feet, spanning four stories. It features a mix of indoor, outdoor, and rooftop dining spaces, including a 360-degree bar and the restaurant’s signature “Rosé All Day” neon sign. Designed to evoke the feeling of a summer vacation in the Hamptons, the restaurant offers coastal-inspired decor, breezy open spaces, and blue-and-white color schemes. In addition to its beautiful setting, The Hampton Social will host live music performances daily.

Introducing The Hampton House: A Members-Only Club
For the first time, this location will offer The Hampton House, an exclusive members-only club opening shortly after the restaurant’s debut. Designed for professionals and entrepreneurs, the club will provide a private experience for those looking to connect and unwind. Membership is by invitation or application only.
Revitalizing a Key Downtown Dallas Location
The restaurant takes over the location of Iron Cactus, a beloved Austin-based restaurant that closed during the pandemic. Situated in a prime downtown spot overlooking Pegasus Plaza, the location is central to the city’s energy.
