This pop-up marks a significant moment for Má Là Kitchen as it steps out of its home kitchen and into the refined space of Dali & Gala.
Chef Aditya’s culinary creations are inspired by the flavors of his wife Dongli Zhang’s hometown, Chengdu, in the Sichuan province. The dishes crafted for A Night at The Museum showcase iconic Sichuan flavors, offering an immersive dining experience that stays true to the methods and traditions of Chengdu’s most famous eateries.

Chef Aditya credits his wife Dongli Zhang and her Chengdu roots as the main inspiration behind the flavors at Má Là Kitchen.
