British-Israeli chef Yotam Ottolenghi arrives in Paris for the first time, with his restaurant scheduled to open in spring 2025.
Yotam Ottolenghi, a culinary icon of the 21st century who has written several successful cookbooks over the years, will come to Paris in spring 2025 to open a new restaurant in the capital.

The London-based Israeli-born chef, who studied French cooking at Le Cordon Bleu, worked as pastry chef in several London restaurants, including one with a Michelin star, before opening his first delicatessen in Notting Hill, followed by delicatessens and other venues in various parts of the British capital, focusing on vegetables, Levantine flavours and Middle Eastern products, especially rose water, za’atar and pomegranate molasses.

Currently at the helm of seven London restaurants, Yotam Ottolenghi opens his first Parisian outpost in the French capital, inspired by his famous London delicatessens and featuring colourful cuisine with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences.
