Nobu Hospitality is pleased to announce the launch of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences Muscat, the latest addition to its growing portfolio of luxury mixed-use developments in the Middle East. This new project reflects the brand’s continued evolution, combining hotel, upscale residences and lifestyle amenities in one unique destination.
Following the successful launch of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences Al Marjan Island, this development marks the second collaboration between Nobu and its partner Enevoria Development. The project will be developed in partnership with Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), the Omani government’s executive agency responsible for tourism development.
Located on the pristine shores of Itti Beach, just 28 kilometers from downtown Muscat, the new development will span over 60,000 square meters and will include an 80-room Nobu hotel, a signature Nobu restaurant, a full-service spa and fitness facility, swimming pools and a Nobu-inspired beach club. In addition, the resort will also feature limited-edition Nobu-branded residences, creating a high-end beachfront community that combines Nobu’s elegant living, exclusive resident benefits and unparalleled coastal views.

Nobu Hospitality’s mixed-use developments continue to gain momentum in the Middle East, with projects currently underway in the UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Since opening its first Nobu Hotel in Las Vegas in 2013, Nobu Hospitality has grown to include 46 hotels and 20 branded residences open and under construction around the world.
